Straight Up Bar Supplies – Delivery Information:

  • Deliveries must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance.
  • Deliveries are quoted for CURBSIDE delivery only – Additional Charges will be applied for ALL TIME needed to carry/dolly/unload up or down stairs. Delivery location MUST be outlined prior to your event date. Improper communication about WHERE items needed to be delivered to – may result in your items not being able to be delivered in time. It is important to give us as many details as possible.
  • If SETUP of your bar station is required – PLEASE communicate that beforehand. This is not included in our delivery fee however we will be happy to calculate the time and cost for setup of equipment.
  • We are not authorized to move other furniture or any other items that not part of our rentals.
  • Deliveries are arranged for either an AM or PM slot. AM deliveries are 9.30 AM-1 PM and the PM deliveries are from 1 PM to 4.00 PM. With that being said we try our best to deliver the product at the requested time. However, it is not guaranteed unless special arrangements are made at the time of booking and an added $30 fee applies for a specific time requested.
  • If the driver does not feel safe pulling up to a steep or narrow driveway and you requested a curbside delivery/ pickup the products will be dropped off at the point where he can comfortably reach with the delivery vehicle. Under no circumstance will we put our driver or vehicle in danger. Extra personnel can be provided to help carry the inventory to where it’s needed at an additional cost if arranged beforehand.

Straight Up Bar Supplies – Pickup Information:

  • Pickups must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance.
  • All items must be stacked and ready for loading prior to pick-up time arranged. Additional charges will apply if rental items are not ready for pick-up upon arrival and our schedule allows time to help pack up.
  • If anything gets left behind it is the responsibility of the client to return it within 24 hours to avoid being charged for a extra rental period.
  • When the products are not ready to pick up, it may make us late for the next pick-up. Any unscheduled teardown will be charged the time to find, organize, carry and load items to our vehicle. You may get charged a considerable fee if ALL items are not in one central spot and at the arranged pickup location. a $30 fee per 15 min will be charged for unscheduled tear down. We have other appointments and it will put us behind if we have to do more than what was arranged beforehand.

Customer Pickup Information:

  • Customer pickups must be scheduled in advance. We will confirm a day and approximate time for your pickups. It is important for you to stick to your time slot – or you risk not being able to pick up your items.
  • Please ensure you have the appropriate sized vehicle to pickup your load of items. Glassware, coolers and ice take up a lot of space – you most likely will need a VAN, LARGE SUV or TRUCK. Please consider a delivery option if you do not have the correct size vehicle.
  • Thank you for your understanding with all of the above information.

Customer Return Information:

  • Returns must be scheduled in advance. We will confirm a day and approximate time for your rental return.
  • If anything gets left behind it is the responsibility of the client to return it within 12 hours to avoid being charged for a extra rental period.
  • Any damage or harshly abused items will be charged appropriately to either replace or repair the item/items.

Pricing is based on time and distance from our warehouse to your delivery location as well as the size of the load.
Pickup or delivery outside regular business hours will have an additional cost added to the base delivery fee.
